The Southeast Endurance Riders Association (SERA) is a non-profit organization designed to promote endurance riding, encourage better care of endurance horses through rider education and assist ride managers in producing quality competitions. The area served by SERA consists of the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. SERA uses the rules for endurance riding as set forth by the American Endurance Ride Conference. SERA supports the Principles for Equestrian Trail Organizations.

The 2017 SERA Convention was a huge success! At the beautiful Amicalola Lodge in Dawsonville Ga, about 65 SERA members gathered to hear up to date presentations which included: Nutrition by Lara Worden, New Equine injury Treatments by Dr Melissa Hamilton, Chiropractic for Equines by Dr. Ike Nelson, Massage for Equines by Kathy Tow, and a great slideshow about their trip to Tevis by Dan Hallman and Elyse Rogers.
Plan to attend next year's convention -- this is the best deal in town! There is no registration fee if you are an SERA member!
Dates are : January 12 and 13, 2018
